Saturday meals

Mr.A and I are not big on cooking, but when we make two meals on a Saturday, it calls for a blog post  🙂

Breakfast: Quiche with onions, potatoes, kale and mozzarella.

Dinner: Pasta pomodoro with salmon flakes.

    • Hi Manzoor! They say the trick is lots of lemon & salt. Have you tried that? I hope you end up liking kale, it’s so rich in nutrients 👍


      • No, I must confess that I haven’t really put any effort to it. But I really should. I have been told / reminded of all the benefits it has.

        Will try the lemon and salt trick.
